Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage
With my Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in many massage techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
HOT STONE and CUPPING
Combining hot stones with a full body massage, clients can experience a massage that can have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. The hot stones expand the blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body

Cupping is used to enhance circulation for muscle recovery, It is used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, and migraines.
Prenatal
Similar to regular massage it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and stress. Clients are able to lay on their stomach with the aid of a special cushion that is designed to provide the ultimate support.
